GRANT LANDRY

Before founding my advisory practice, I served as Director of Operations for an investment firm that acquired ownership in high-performing, growth-stage companies and managed a diverse portfolio of family-owned businesses. In these roles, I provided strategic guidance to CEOs and founders, addressing operational and financial challenges.

My career began helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life, progressing from jack-of-all-trades to managing early-stage operations. This combination of startup and investment experience offers unique insight into the challenges business owners face at different stages of growth.

Driven by the desire to offer business owners a “full-service” advisory solution, I complemented my business management background with training in the Co-Active coaching model. This enables me to provide a holistic approach to growth—prioritizing both business success and personal satisfaction.
